**DESCRIPTION**

Join Circle Medical's Payer Contracting team in Montreal, Quebec, and play a vital role in managing the credentialing aspects of our healthcare services.

As a Provider Enrollment Specialist, you will work with the Payer Contracting team to help enroll providers with payers, keep track of important dates and deadlines, help improve internal processes, and ensure compliance with the payers. Your meticulous attention to detail and collaborative spirit will contribute to our credentialing efficiency and success of the business.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Work with team members to create and maintain licensing, credentials, and insurance records
- Help develop internal enrollment and credentialing processes
- Monitor license and credential expiration dates and advise staff members of required “renew by” dates
- Help enroll providers with new Payers when contracts are obtained
- Help create and update enrollment process for existing and new providers
- Help monitor status, timelines, and potential issues in timely enrollment
- Help manage partner relationships and ensure tasks are completed timely
- Work closely with team members to maintain internal provider grid to ensure all information is accurate and logins are available
- Update each provider’s CAQH database file timely according to the schedule published by CMS

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- College degree or equivalent work-related experience
- At least 2 years of related experience (working with data, managing deadlines and information across multiple platforms)
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written skills. Including grammar, punctuation and understanding of United States medical terminology
- Extremely detail-oriented with above average organizational skills
- Growth and learning mindset with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, yet work autonomously
- Strong time management and prioritization skills

**WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE**:

- Experience managing the United States healthcare system
- Experience using a MacBook, Google Workspace, and learning new technologies

**COMPENSATION**

In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on merit-based output levels, and our total rewards include equity options.

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with an annual salary range of $50,600 - $60,700 CAD, dependent on location.
