**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work;
- Early Childhood Education Diploma, or;
- Child and Youth Worker Diploma, or;
- Social Services Worker Diploma; or
- Teacher Aide Diploma; or
- Personal Support Worker Diploma; or
- Educational Support Program or 2 years of progressive related experience.
