We are seeking highly-skilled and experienced pilots to join our team and operate the Sikorsky SK70/UH-60 Black Hawk, a state-of-the-art, multi-role helicopter designed for demanding missions and environments. **Job Type**:Full Time - Permanent
**Compensation**:Competitive salary commensurate with experience
**Qualifications**:
- Current and Valid Unrestricted Canadian Commercial Rotary-Wing Licence [ATPL(H)] including Helicopter
- Night experience
- Current and Valid Canadian Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid Group 4 IFR rating
- Valid Canadian Aeronautical Radio License
- 5+ years of rotary-wing flying experience working in remote regions of Canada (arctic, mountain, precision longline, wildfire suppression, and utility experience will be considered assets)
- 2,500+ hours of accident and incident-free flight time as Pilot in Command (Helicopter), of which 250 hours shall be acquired within the preceding 3 years
- Type rating and PIC experience on single-pilot or multi-crew twin-engine helicopters
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or French
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and decision-making competencies; works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Legal right to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Multi-crew CRM experience
- NVG (NVIS) experience
- FAA Licence
- Experience/type rating on the SK70/UH-60 or similar category helicopter
- Prior experience in military aviation, SAR, EMS, or medevac is highly-valued
- French/English speaking
**Responsibilities**:
- Adhere to and uphold all aviation regulations, safety protocols, company policies, and client requirements, ensuring continuous awareness of any updates or changes.
- Perform thorough pre-flight inspections to confirm the helicopter's airworthiness and flight readiness.
- Review and execute flight plans, collaborating with air traffic control and fellow pilots to guarantee safe and efficient operations.
- Effectively communicate with crew and other professionals to ensure smooth flight operations.
- Keep precise and detailed records of flights, duty times, and maintenance activities.
- Respond calmly and professionally to emergencies and unexpected situations.
- Promptly report any hazards, incidents, or accidents to maintain team safety and prevent future occurrences.
- Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) and Crew Resource Management (CRM) meetings, and pursue ongoing education to enhance piloting skills and knowledge.
- Excel in high-pressure environments, working efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration to maintain a professional image within the organization.

Pay: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
