**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **Showing Agent** to assist with property viewings. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate, expand your network, and earn competitive pay. The position offers $30/hour, including travel time, providing flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Whether you're a newly licensed agent or looking to enhance your skills, this role offers valuable exposure to the real estate business.
**Responsibilities**:

- Accompany potential tenants or buyers to property viewings in Hamilton and Burlington areas
- Represent Spotter Realty professionally during all showings
- Ensure properties are presentable and secure before and after showings
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns
- Coordinate with property owners or agents to schedule and manage showings
- Report feedback from clients and any property concerns to the lead agent
**Requirements**:

- Real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexible schedule, with availability for evening and weekend showings
- Knowledge of the Hamilton/Burlington real estate market is a plus
