Michigan Court is looking for a Property groundskeeper to maintain and manage multi site Estate grounds

3 years in any and/or all aspects of property maintenance and general handyman activities.

Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle required. Working in various locations in the Greater Victoria area.

Must be physically fit and able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Must be able to work independently

Yard maintenance, and landscaping skills a must

painting skills an asset

handyman skills an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Grounds maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- landscaping/grounds keeping: 1 year (preferred)
