**Overview**
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Window Display Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing visually captivating window displays that engage customers and enhance the shopping experience. You will work closely with the visual merchandising store lead to bring innovative concepts to life, utilizing various artistic skills and tools.

**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and design eye-catching window displays that align with brand identity and seasonal themes.
- Utilize software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects and Sketch, to create digital mock-ups and motion graphics for display presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure displays effectively communicate promotional messages and brand storytelling.
- Construct physical display elements using materials such as wood, fabric, and paint, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Stay updated on current design trends, visual merchandising techniques, and consumer preferences to continuously enhance display effectiveness.
- Assist in the installation of displays at various locations while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is not essential; experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Strong skills in visual arts painting and construction painting techniques are advantageous for hands-on display creation.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for visual storytelling through design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated to complete individual tasks.
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
