**How does the role impact the organization?**

Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a qualified individual to work in our downtown Toronto Private Client & Capital Markets office. Raymond James Ltd. is one of Canada’s leading full-service independent investment dealers offering high quality investment products and services to Canadians seeking customized solutions to their wealth management needs.

**What will your role be responsible for?**
- Review the daily reconciliation of trading positions and troubleshoot as needed;
- Responding to advisor inquiries
- Update the posted Fixed Income offerings, and upload documents to the Raymond James website;
- Review and improve daily processes, where possible;
- Other duties as assigned.

**What do we expect from you?**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the investment industry;
- A post-secondary education in economics, finance, business or related;
- Excellent proficiency with MS Word particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Proficiency in French is an asset.
