**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Operate Clover POS for order entry and payment processing.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for banquets or catering events as needed.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol serving regulations is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is an advantage.
