**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work 1-2 (8 hour) weekend shifts (days, afternoons, or graveyards)
- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner; independently, or in a team environment
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Demonstrate a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license.
- Must follow safe work practices and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- May be exposed to elements of weather.
- Knowledge of the lumber manufacturing process would be an asset.
- Preference may be given to those with OFA-Level 3 certification.
