Keen attention to detail, going the extra mile, and putting a little "wow" into everything we do is the Seasons' way. **Responsibilities**: - Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized care for residents regularly. - Coordinate resident assessments and service plans. - Liaise with healthcare professionals and maintain accurate records. - Respond to health emergencies and ensure compliance with safety policies. - Coach Care Services team members. **Qualifications**: - RN or RPN designation with current registration. - CPR & First Aid Certification. - Knowledge of seniors’ retirement housing and relevant legislation. - Strong communication and organizational skills. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary and benefits. - Professional development opportunities. - Supportive work environment.
