**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform window cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to clean windows, including squeegees, scrubbers, and extension poles.
- Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality control.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in custodial tasks as needed, contributing to overall facility maintenance.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in window cleaning.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
