**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct frameworks for buildings using wood, steel, or other materials based on blueprints and schematics.
- Perform drywall installation and finishing tasks as needed.
- Engage in concrete forming and finishing to create sturdy foundations and structures.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various framing tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials safely on-site.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged framing components.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

**Skills**
- Proficient in drywall installation and repair techniques.
- Strong ability to build frameworks using various materials, including wood and metal.
- Experience with concrete forming and finishing processes.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as saws, hammers, drills, and levels.
- Knowledge of carpentry principles and practices is essential.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for quality workmanship.
