We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various tasks in a restaurant. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cash handling and cashiering preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Ability to answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
