We are looking for a multi-faceted **Sales & Reception Coordinator**who will support the continued success of our Quinte and Northumberland HearCANADA Satellite clinics. This is a permanent full-time position onsite at our clinic in Trenton with some support being provided to our Campbellford clinic and some occasional coverage at our West end Belleville clinic (mileage paid). This opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills.

**Key Position Information**:

- $21 - $24 per hour starting compensation based on experience + eligibility to participate in our bonus program
- 8:30 - 4:30 pm working hours Monday to Friday
- Onsite position at our clinic with coverage being provided at other nearby clinics (mileage paid)

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Act as a front-line point of contact for clients attending appointments or walk-in visits to our clinic
- Balancing schedules for clinicians and maintaining systems and physical files with accurate patient information and appointment specifics
- Participating in some community events on behalf of HearCANADA to promote our services as Canada's number one choice for hearing care
- Processing payments (cash, card, insurance), including some third-party billing
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting clinicians with hearing product sales
- Helping with general hearing aid care/maintenance and sterilization of equipment within the clinic

**What we are looking for**:

- Completion of high school diploma or equivalency; post-secondary education or courses in marketing, business, or healthcare would be an asset, though not required
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, and retail/b2c sales
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required as localized travel will be required for events and coverage at other clinics (mileage paid)
- An energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketing
- Experience in event planning, lead generation, business development a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partners
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
