Please note that this role is required to work out of our Head Office location in Regina. All applicants must live in the city or surrounding area.

**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTIBILITIES**

+ Recruitment responsibilities such as applicant screening, interviews, background checks, hiring, orientation etc.

+ Post job openings using internal and external platforms

+ Assist with onboarding of new hires, facilitating training programs, tracking and accuracy of paperwork

+ Enters data into Human Resources database

+ Provide office/administrative support including filing, manage uniform inventory and distribution, along with assistance on HR projects

+ Duties outlined herein are intended to be the minimum duties expected of you by Haztech

**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**

+ Recent graduate from Human Resources Management program or equivalent is an asset but not a requirement

+ Minimum one (1) year of related experience in an office, administrative or customer service setting

+ Ability to work independently and part of a team

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Time management

+ High attention to detail

+ Well-developed written and oral communication skills

+ Excellent customer service skills
