Bedford, Canada CMB Cleaning services Full time

In this role, you will be working with a team to ensure that buildings are well maintained and kept to a high level of cleanliness.

We are looking for self-motivated, reliable, friendly and energetic individuals who are looking for permanent employment in a thriving and positive work environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintaining the cleanliness of kitchenettes, common areas, lobbies and washrooms.
- Sanitize, spot clean as required.
- Sweep and mop all hard surface floor areas.
- Empty waste receptacles and restock dispensers as required (soap, tissue, hand towels, etc.)

*Extra hours are available on weekend.
- Complete special cleaning projects upon request.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Self-motivated to work independently
- Positive attitude, good communicator, reliable
- Previous experience as a cleaner is an asset
- Criminal background check required

*A valid driver's license and drives a vehicle

**BENEFITS**:
*Health and dental benefits package - after six months of continuous full-time employment. Employer covers 75% of cost.

**SHIFT TIMES**:
Monday-Friday 5:30-1:30am

Optional weekend shifts

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
