**BRAND MANAGER FOR RelaxoPet Brand. Try-lingual, English, French, Spanish**

MyFamily Canada is looking for a driven individual to grow its presence and RelaxoPet brand in North and South America. The Brand Manager will oversee a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, market development, and online and offline promotions. We want our brand to become and remain recognizable, up-to-date and exciting to customers. The Brand Manager will plan ways to promote, educate and increase the sales as well as the public knowledge of our brand.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with inventor to do the strategic plan on targeting new audience segments.
- Manage, and create territory expansion.
- Develop Relaxopet marketing and communication calendar, ensuring it is consistent with overall brand and sales objectives.
- Proactively manage and optimize budgets to ensure effective marketing investment with on time and on budget program delivery.
- Identify and develop brand-building activities, partnerships, and marketing strategies with a true 360 approach, leveraging internal & external knowledge in retail landscape.
- Manage our Amazon eCom business (3P) with directives from our CEO.
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of digital marketing programs, including websites, organic and paid social, demand generation, SEM, and account-based marketing (ABM) to ensure brand expansion and build the credibility of the brand.
- Set digital marketing KPIs, campaigns and objectives and report performance against overall objectives (ROI and KPI’s).
- Optimize content for digital platforms and implement a captivating visual identity that aligns with our brand strategy and market positioning.
- Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews.
- Monitor latest trends in digital marketing, including advertising formats, channels and emerging technologies and recommend for adoption, where appropriate.
- Leverage available tools and online reporting capabilities to report on program successes, developing clear competitive benchmarks.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Tri-lingual, English, French & Spanish, spoken and written.
- 5+ years integrated brand marketing experience, preferably in the pet industry.
- Experience as a digital marketer in-house or at a media, marketing or advertising firm or agency with a focus on social media marketing.
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience developing and managing channel strategy and budgets.
- Have impeccable written and verbal skills to convey their message effectively.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
- Proven track record of building marketing solutions to deliver business objectives and plans.
- Ability to influence and lead business partners, with a strong orientation to collaborate and execute with excellence.
- Self-starter who loves to learn and grow through new and diverse experiences and business opportunities.
- A fundamental desire to drive passion into exciting brands, connect with the Consumer and be able to ‘think differently’.
- Strategic Thinker: Desire and ability to see the big picture, align with business priorities and steer appropriately.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
