**What are we looking for?**

To ensure the continuous operation of all plant equipment and machinery.

As an active member of team, you will be responsible to setup production lines and lines equipment’s according to the schedule work order, you are also responsible for continuously improving equipment and making sure it is reliable to in keeping with strict safety standards and company objectives. You will oversee and making sure documentation is completed in compliance with FDA and Health Canada standard.

**What will you be doing**:

- Repair, overhaul, maintain and setup production machinery, Conveyor, fillers, Labeler, inkjet coders, cartoner, tube filler and others automated equipment and keep record through work order or Logbook system.
- Provide technical support in machine and line setup according to the work order.
- Melt, mix and load the bulk in single head fillers, multi
- head fillers and Tube fillers on production lines.
- Assemble, disassemble, and perform cleaning and sanitization on production machinery according to the production requirements.
- Properly store clean equipment in plastic bags and secure with a tie wrap with proper labeling.
- Troubleshoot equipment related to production issues.
- Maintain adequate stock of supplies
- Clean and replace tools after being used
- Clean and sanitize sink and equipment and organize the cleaning area.
- Prepare carts for set up of equipment
- Training of personnel when required
- Writing and/or assisting in writing work instructions for equipment assembly and cleaning and sanitizing.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Postsecondary education in a mechanical or electro-mechanical program with equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in set-up of packaging/filling equipment, including labelers, conveyors and case sealers preferably in a cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and complete work on a timely basis
- Takes initiative to continuously learn how to troubleshoot the equipment and to learn new skills
