**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring all items are secured and accounted for.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks, including moving large packages and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on delivery status.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the warehouse and delivery vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients during deliveries.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills in heavy lifting and moving are essential for this role.
- Familiarity with commercial driving practices is a plus, though not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- A background in customer service will be beneficial for enhancing client relationships.
