Cleanliness is maintained throughout service and they gladly honor guest special requests. **Are you looking to gain experience and cultivate your culinary expertise?** **Daily Responsibilities** - Perform delegated tasks from Sous Chef, Chef and/or General Manager - Continuously grow and cultivate culinary creativity - Maintain a prep list of station duties and follow the FIFO method - Empowered to always choose quality and to cook with the best ingredients - Dedicated to deliver the very best - Execute all duties or responsibilities as assigned or required **Do you**: - Actively seek a more efficient way of doing things - Contribute to the creative process and O&B evolution - Work collaboratively with a team, recognizing we are stronger together - Challenge yourself with new goals - Aspire to be a seasoned cook - Always pay Impeccable attention to detail and have the ability to quickly think on your feet - Feel excited about emerging food trends **Qualifications**: - 1-2 years cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant. - Culinary diploma/degree is an asset. - Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills. - Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure. - Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
