**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Sand finished surfaces to achieve a smooth texture ready for painting.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and painters, to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 60 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
