We are currently seeking aFrench Bilingual Senior Immigration Analyst/Caseworker to **work in either Montreal or Toronto.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Performs a range of varied case/matter-related duties, including drafting of legal documents, compiling and summarizing data
- Is fluent with case management and/or other reporting tools and technologies used to manage data and information
- Understands and implements service level agreements and protocols
- Responsible for billing all cases
- Answers client’s non-legal questions in a professional and timely manner
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding task and assignments
- Ability to contribute to positive work environment

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- University Degree coupled with a Paralegal license is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- 1+ years working on Quebec immigration files
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
