**Job Location**: Mississauga, ON

**Shifts Available and Hours**:Overnight (11:00pm to 7:00am), Day (7:00am to 3:00pm) Evening (3:00pm to 11:00pm)

**New employees have to expect to work on different shifts, depending on the production needs.**

**Hourly wage**:$20.60

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate various equipment (mills, punch presses, deburring wheels, benders, saws, specialty machines, turning centers, milling centers and hand tools)
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper safety devices are in place and notify supervision of any concerns
- Perform basic set up on equipment
- Read and interpret various gauging equipment, ranging from digital calipers, micrometers, protractors and custom gauges
- Maintain all records on hob assignments in a correct and timely manner on paper as well as in the computer
- Other duties as assigned

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) may be required

**Competencies**:

- Understanding of safety, quality and production processes

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1 year Manufacturing experience a plus
