Paragon Psychological Services is a thriving private practice, located in a beautiful and historic property in the Walkerville area of Windsor. Our multidisciplinary practice consists of psychologists, social workers, and registered psychotherapists. Our services include therapy, assessment, and consultation for clients of all ages. At Paragon, we have built a reputation for providing high-quality services, while also maintaining a collegial atmosphere that we feel is well-suited to both early career mental health professionals and more established practitioners.

**Who We Are Looking For**
- Registered Clinical Psychologists, Psychological Associates, Psychology Graduates in Supervised Practice, Registered Psychotherapists, and Social Workers to join our thriving practice and growing team.
- Individuals experienced in assessing and treating socioemotional and behavioural problems in children and adolescents
- Familiarity and proficiency with virtual technology for telehealth sessions

**Qualifications**
- Master's or Ph.D.
- Registered with one of the professional colleges (Social Work, RP, Psychologist)
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing services to children and adolescents.
- Training in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and other therapeutic approaches (DBT, EFT, ACT, CFT, TF-CBT, client-centered, psychodynamic, mindfulness)

**Experience/Skills**
- Proficiency in assessing and treating children and adolescents using evidence-based interventions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with diverse populations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
