**Position description**

Reporting to the Store manager, the Sales associate is responsible for providing customer service, to meet its sales objectives, assist in product merchandising and support is internal training. True company ambassador, the Sales associate will have to welcome, advise and retain a demanding clientele.

**Responsibilities**
- Offer a high standard customer service and outstanding shopping experience;
- Develop long lasting customer relationships;
- Reach its sales objectives;
- Support its internal training;
- Assist in store openings and closings;
- Support the promotion of product;
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products;
- Ensure regular store maintenance;
- All other related tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a related position or equivalent;
- Be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
