Responsabilités:
- Répondre à toutes les demandes de vente entrante et les convertir en locations/réservations.
- Assurer le suivi de toutes les opportunités de vente sortantes
- Gérer et suivre toutes les demandes de vente par le biais du CRM
- Maintenir une bonne compréhension de l'inventaire, des caractéristiques et des spécifications techniques des produits afin de répondre aux questions spécifiques des clients.
- Créer de nouvelles méthodes ou stratégies pour aider l'équipe de vente à atteindre les objectifs mensuels de revenus des produits afin d'augmenter la rentabilité de l'entreprise.
- Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires de l'équipe de vente et fournir des informations à la direction sur les chiffres de vente, les objectifs, les commentaires des clients et les obstacles.
- Devenir une ressource précieuse et utile dans toutes vos relations avec les clients et se créer une réputation amicale dans le secteur.
Qualifications:
- Expérience professionnelle avérée dans un rôle similaire (2+ ans d'expérience).
- Parfaitement bilingue (FR et EN)
- Excellentes compétences en communication
