**Home Manager (Cleaner)**

**About Briance**

Briance is a high-end cleaning company in downtown Montreal. Clients pay for a subscription, and we send the same Home Manager to their condo every visit. Your job is to keep their home spotless and make them feel cared for.

**Your main tasks**
- Visit the same clients on a regular schedule (no one-time customers)
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms to our high standard
- Leave finishing touches that show you care
- Communicate clearly with clients and our team

**What we look for**
- Super kind and friendly: clients should enjoy seeing you
- Always on time: we depend on your punctuality
- Good eye for detail: we will teach cleaning techniques
- Some English or French for daily chat (Portuguese or Ukrainian is a plus)
- Monday to Friday availability between 9 am and 5 pm
- Looking for a long-term, steady job — not a short side gig

**Pay**

Tips depend on work quality and client connection. Below, are real tips averages from our team.
- Salary: $18-20 /hr
- Tips $4-6 /hr
- Average: Up to ≈ $26 /hr
- Bonus: You also earn an extra $25 each time a client leaves a Google review mentioning your great work.
