**Key Responsibilities**

Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building rapport and making product recommendations based on individual needs.
- Educate customers on product offerings: strains, edibles, vape products, accessories, consumption methods, effects, and responsible use.
- Manage POS systems, cash floats (both opening and closing), and daily cash handling with accuracy.
- Ensure comprehensive inventory management, including restocking, inventory counts, and merchandising to maintain organized displays.
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation, including sanitizing counters, tidying floors, and honoring display standards.
- Enforce all regulatory compliance—verify IDs, enforce age restrictions, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to provincial/federal cannabis laws and company SOPs.
- Assist the store manager in opening/closing tasks and incident reporting (e.g., theft or customer concerns).
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and brand guidelines, ensuring you act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador.

**Qualifications & Traits**
- Must be 19+ years old (per Saskatchewan legislation)
- Have, or be willing to obtain, a CannaSell SK Certification and complete any required criminal record check.
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred—cannabis knowledge is a strong asset but not necessary.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills; trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Able to lift light inventory (approx. 5-30 lbs) and work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented retail environment.
- Positive, honest personality—customers value candidness and genuine recommendations.
- A team-player with flexibility to adapt shifts as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
