With locations in **Leduc, Nisku, and Calgary**, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch products and services across industries.

We are searching for a supervisor for our Leduc warehouse and Nisku yard and to be the main point of contact between head office (located in Calgary) and the warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing operations are running smoothly and safety procedures are being adhered to.

**Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in budgeting for logistics operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Implement organizational strategies to improve workflow efficiency within the logistics department.
- Coordinate and arrange repairs for our equipment, maintenance, and other necessary office tasks.
- Plan warehouse layout and optimize space to minimize loss or damage and maximize efficiency.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and physical stock.
- Provide daily/weekly stock reports to management.
- Oversee the warehouse team and ensure safety standards being met.
- Proven relevant experience in a pipe or steel yard, guiding a 10+ team.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Possesses strong leadership skills as you will be overseeing the yard and warehouse, and be the direct point of contact for management.
- Having forklift experience is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
