- Must provide technical support in validation of the degree to which a system, component, or process meets user needs or expectations
- Participates with other project resources to resolve defects;
- Preparing QA plans and procedures;
- Implementing quality improvement programs;
- Using QA tools and techniques;
- Using corrective action process;
- Using QA measurement techniques;
- Auditing procedures;
- Creating and maintaining test case documentation;
- Documenting/filtering/testing and pushing bug reports;
- Test bug fixes before implementation.
- Any other Quality Assurance Specialist related tasks requested by the client to support operations.

**Qualifications**
- Have a College/CEGEP diploma or University degree
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Assurance Specialists/Analyst
- Minimum 4 years experience over the past 7 years
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
