KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create a consistent and actionable social media strategy to build brand awareness
- Create and manage social media content to generate inbound traffic to our website and across platforms
- Create and implement new campaigns and promotions
- Research opportunities for new social media marketing platforms
- Manage the company’s overall image across all mediums
- Track marketing analytics
- Facilitate TEAM events in the community

Sales and Lead Generation
- Send mailers to potential clients and past clients
- Generate leads in a range of ways via marketing, client communications, blog development, and new site content.
- Nourish leads by following up and setting up appointments
- Update sellers on weekly performance
- Track all leads and inquiries
- Assist with client retention and organize follow-up services as required

Operations
- Data entry (MLS, CRM, reporting, etc.)
- Basic bookkeeping
- Prepare sales and performance reports
- Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents
- Schedule showings and services (photographers, inspections, final walkthroughs, etc.)
- Act as a liaison for all involved stakeholders to provide excellent customer service
- Participate in new agent recruiting and onboarding
- Manage all paperwork while complying with legal paperwork procedures

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a MUST
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ENG/FRE) is a MUST
- Up to date, in-depth knowledge of all digital technologies and trends
- Excellent organizational, planning and hands-on implementation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Education and experience in Marketing, Social Media, Business Administration, or Advertising preferred
- Working understanding of OREA forms such as Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Agency forms (e.g. Buyer Representation Agreement), Fintrac ID, etc.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), GSuite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) is a MUST
- Experience with databases such as Matrix, Nexone, Agent Locator, or Wordpress is considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour (based on experience)
