**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an accomplished US Entity Compliance Specialist to join our Delaware Entity Services team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

- Interacting with global team members and clients to ensure entity management tasks are carried out in accordance with our service agreements and protocols and that our client data is maintained accurately;
- Ensuring entities remain in good standing by filing annual reports accurately and on time, running reports and utilizing tools to monitor entity status;
- Actively learning, listening and engaging with team members to enhance protocols and workflows by looking for opportunities to streamline processes;
**What You Bring**
- This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- The individual must also be a self
- starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines;
- This role is suited for an individual with 1-2 years’ of experience in a professional services environment;
- Strong written and verbal skills are required;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred;
