Bartender Openings - Multiple Positions Available
Position Overview:
We are seeking energetic and personable bartenders to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service. You’ll manage bar inventory, ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized, and handle payments for drinks. We're looking for professionals who are detail-oriented, maintain a clean work environment, and prioritize the guest experience by accommodating special requests. Teamwork and a passion for exceeding guest expectations are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, for both patrons and servers.
- Ensure garnishes, snacks, and other bar essentials are prepped and ready before the bar opens.
- Keep the bar area neat, organized, and appealing throughout your shift.
- Arrange and display glassware and liquor bottles in an eye-catching manner.
- Verify customers' legal drinking age by checking identification when necessary.
- Process payments accurately for drinks served.
- Exercise good judgment and refuse service to customers who are intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
- Place orders and maintain an inventory of liquor, beer, and other bar supplies.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of bartending experience is preferred.
- A valid Smart Serve certification is mandatory.
- Formal training in bartending, mixology, or a related field is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering a great guest experience.
- Ability to operate bar software and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
