For more than 50 years EF has been working toward one global mission: Opening the World Through Education. Today, EF Educational Tours in Toronto is looking for a Junior Business Analyst for its Finance and Strategy Department. This position will report to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

The Junior Business Analyst position will drive technological change and excellence for EF Tours Canada. They will work cross-functionally with teams within Canada and system engineers abroad to drive our business forward through the management and enhancing of our internal operating systems. This includes being a go-to expert on all things EF technology, training staff, maintaining a strong knowledge base, and coordinating with developers.

**What you’ll do**:

- Act as a representative for EF Tours Canada for central technology development work being done
- Trouble-shooting system bugs and escalating bugs through a Jira ticketing system
- Performing systems tests that ensure a new feature or system is ready to meet the needs of the EF Tours Canada users
- Developing and implementing feature release plans that ensure every affected user is informed and adequately trained on the coming change
- Create and manage a team of EF Tours Canada systems power users
- Lead regular trainings with system users, including the sales and customer support teams, onboarding new hires, training on new features and regularly refreshing staff on system features and proper usage
- Deliver general systems support for EF Tours Canada workforce serving as the main point of contact for system and web questions
- Building and engaging a team of power users who will give valuable feedback and testing capacity on these systems

**Who you are**:

- You hold a degree in business or another relevant degree
- Experience working in and mastering nuanced platforms, including CRM, OMS and ERP systems
- History of mastering complicated systems - the systems you will be responsible for are internally built at EF
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills - ability to expertly translate the complexity of business issues and analyses into a language anyone can understand
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive needed to experiment and then implement change
- Ability to act independent; proactively developing recommendations for improvements
- High attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with varying stakeholders
