As an Esports Project Manager at Ubi MTL, you’ll create and maintain structure within the Rainbow Six Siege development team to streamline our Esports efforts.
You’ll plan, launch, track, and document the projects that make up our global programs, and will be assisting a team of Product Managers on both the strategic and operational aspects of R6 Esports.

**What you’ll do**
- Build timelines and milestones & manage tasks from conception to execution.
- Track and report task status to stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner.
- Collaborate with product managers to create and define the future of Rainbow Six Esports.
- Create and maintain up-to-date, accessible documentation to provide visibility and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Help plan and prepare events + provide on-site support.
- Put together and review project post-mortem reports to continuously improve our efforts.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and upkeep for a variety of Esports deliverables.
- Foster relationships with internal and external partners.
**Qualifications**:
**What you bring**
- A passion for Esports and gaming
- An undergraduate degree in Management, Business, or equivalent (project management certification an asset)
- At least 1 year of experience in eSports, project or product management, or other relevant experience
- Knowledge of the Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- A highly collaborative and innovative spirit
- Developed interpersonal, presentation, and English and French communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of projects
- Motivation to adapt with the rapidly evolving Esports scene
