Allied Universal is seeking** Professional Security Guards** in Canada**.**

**Job Title**: Security Guard
**Location**: Ottawa - Ontario
**Pay Rate**: $18.75/hour
**Shift Type**: DAY
**Shift Schedule**: Monday to sunday
**Shift Hours**: 07:00am-7:00pm

**Overview**:
**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Security Guard
- Must have open availability to work the scheduled overnight shifts
- **Valid Ontario Security Guard Licens**e
- Legally eligible to work in Canada (up to 40 hours/week)
- **Valid First Aid and CPR certification**
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and lifting/carrying up to 20 kg

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a strong and visible security presence during overnight hours
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections across the facility
- Work in outdoor conditions, including cold weather
- Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively
- Utilize computer systems for daily activity logs, reports, and communication
- Collaborate with team members and shift leads to ensure consistent coverage and smooth handovers
