MacEwan University invites you to join our dynamic team as a Functional Analyst in the Office of the University Registrar. We are hiring a full-time continuing position, offering a unique chance to play a key role in shaping the future of our student information systems.

As a Functional Analyst, you will report to the Assistant Registrar - Student Information Systems and support the operation and optimization of MacEwan University’s student information system, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, along with other integrated systems such as MyCreds, Slate, and CourseLeaf Curriculum Inventory Management. Using your analytical expertise and problem-solving skills, you will ensure these systems operate efficiently and effectively, aligning with institutional priorities.

In this role, you will:

- ** Enhance systems and processes**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain system configurations that meet the evolving needs of our students and staff.
- ** Analyze and solve problems**: Tackle system defects and data inconsistencies with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring smooth operations and seamless user experiences.
