**Position: Commission Salesperson**
- **Location**: We are searching for multiple positions in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan & Manitoba

**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Commission Salesperson at Findoor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our premium bi-fold doors. Your responsibilities will include:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Measure door openings accurately to provide customized solutions.
- Explain the features, benefits, and functionality of our bi-fold doors.
- Provide a quote to the customer through our automated ERP system.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Be well-versed in our product offerings, including door color options, sizes, window configurations, inswing/outswing choices, and manual/automatic operators.
- Address customer inquiries regarding technical specifications and customization options.

**Sales Process**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present quotes and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently.

**Travel and Territory**:

- Travel within the designated sales region to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Represent Findoor professionally at trade shows and exhibitions in some cases

**Compensation**:

- Commission-based compensation structure.
- Some travel expenses covered.
- Open to part-time or casual arrangements.

**Training and Support**:

- Comprehensive training provided to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ongoing support for complex inquiries related to doors and quoting.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
