A Product Management role at OpenText is not just a job; it's a chance to make a profound impact. You'll be at the forefront of creating transformative Information Management Solutions that have the power to change lives. Your work will directly contribute to building solutions that solving data challenges utilizing open telemetry data and artificial intelligence including generative and agentic AI to guarantee functions of medical devices, secure creation and delivery of produced goods across the globe making a positive difference in the world. You will define product investment strategies for growth, and customer retention, systemically deliver product line capabilities leveraging cloud delivery processes, incorporate cloud technologies like AWS or Azure, and efficiently manage field communication, market feedback, and validation. You will be an evangelist for our products, product lines and portfolios, understanding customer motivation and fostering customer-centric product development solutions that will shape the future and impact lives on a global scale.
**What the role offers**:
**As Lead Product Manager, you will**:

- Build a strong relationship with our top enterprise accounts to help shape their AI Operations& observability transformation.
- Understand and optimize our route to markets and develop a growth strategy matching the company's strategic direction and reach.
- Own product vision and strategy across the life cycle, utilizing project management tools for effective execution.
- Take a proactive role and independently manage multiple products, demonstrating effective organizational and multitasking skills.
- Integrate and drive cross-functional teams, ensuring exceptional results through collaboration and navigation.
- Develop effective solutions for broad projects, evaluating variable factors in-depth and adapting complex techniques.
- Make critical decisions as a project team leader, foster valuable networks with external contacts, and provide guidance on complex matters within your expertise.
- Clearly articulate product vision internally and externally& stay on top of business progress reported on executive level on regular cadence with clear score cards and KPI's
- Possess 4 - 8 years of experience in IT Operations and or Observability space.
- Possess 8-12 years of previous professional experience.

**What you need to Succeed**:

- Market Analysis: Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Information Management industry.
- Product Development: Demonstrated expertise in product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, with the ability to drive the entire product lifecycle.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and product optimization.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of software development, data management, and information technologies to effectively communicate with development teams and make informed technical decisions.
- Project Management: Competency in project management tools and techniques to plan, execute, and monitor product development projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- UX/UI Design: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create products that provide exceptional user experiences and meet design standards.
