- Deliver top-notch customer service by assisting clients with questions about tours, bookings, and travel details.
- Support clients at every stage of their booking and journey, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
- Handle bookings, changes, and requests with a high level of attention to detail.
- Participate in developing and enhancing customer service processes to exceed client expectations.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest ideas for improving service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service or tourism is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of booking systems is an asset.
- A commitment to learning and professional growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.60 per hour
