Inside Sales/customer Service

**Who are we?**
Richelieu Hardware is Canada’s leading wholesale distributor for the Kitchen Cabinet and Millwork industry. We have an immediate, full time, permanent opening for Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative at our Victoria office.
Maintain the showroom by keeping shelves stocked and faced, routinely cleaning displays, ensuring floors and aisles are kept clear and tidy, and that all product locations are properly tagged and visible.
**Key Attributes**
- Must be fluent in the English language.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and comfort with both telephone and in-person contacts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize workload
- Self-Starter and willingness to take initiative
- Independent in carrying out daily tasks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Efficient computer keyboarding skills.
- Participate in training sessions on new products.
- Experience in the cabinet & millwork or related industry considered an asset.
- Experience in hardware distribution business considered an asset.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
