**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct frameworks for buildings and other structures using wood or metal materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged framing components.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Framer or Carpenter with a solid understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to framing tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Spanish Speakers welcome. Experienced only.

**Responsabilidades**
- Construir marcos para edificios y otras estructuras utilizando materiales de madera o metal.

**Requisitos**
- Experiência comprobada como Framer o Carpintero con un sólido entendimiento de los procesos de construcción.
- Competencia en el uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas relevantes para tareas de enmarcado.
- Capacidad para leer e interpretar esquemas, planos y dibujos técnicos.
- Experiência en instalación de drywall, aplicación de revestimientos y técnicas de encofrado de concreto.
- Fuerte resistencia física con capacidad para levantar objetos pesados (hasta 50 libras).
- Familiaridad con las regulaciones de seguridad y mejores prácticas en entornos de construcción.
- Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.

Pay: $22.00-$28.95 per hour

- Monday to Friday
