**Duties**:

- help foreman in performing various landscaping tasks
- Plan and organize daily work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, trees, and other outdoor features, hardscales
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and machinery

- Build structures such as fences, walkways, and retaining walls, patios, landscape designs, water features
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscape construction or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping materials
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during projects
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating machinery
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
