**Working at Fanshawe College**Note**:This is a full-time position (35 hours per week).- Designs and implements Microsoft 365 services
- Manages user identity and roles
- Manages access and authentication
- Implements modern device services
- Implements Microsoft 365 security and threat management
- Manages Microsoft 365 governance and compliance

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary 3-year diploma/degree in Computer Science, IT Operations, Information Systems or Computer Systems Technology
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert required
- Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert (Office 365 and Office 2019) preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and triage, escalating to appropriate technology specialists as required
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
