As a Financial Services Associate 2, you are an integral part of the sales and service team at BlueShore Financial. In this essential role, you promote and sell BlueShore Financial products and services while recognizing opportunities for mutually beneficial product/service offerings. In this role you work directly with clients responding to a wide variety of requests using the "Four Pillars" approach - Banking, Investments, Credit, and Insurance. Employee Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday (flexibility is required) Job Category: Client Service and Sales Location: Lonsdale, North Vancouver Branch **Key responsibilities of this role are**: - Provides superior service to un-assigned clients by responding to a wide variety of requests using the "Four Pillars" approach - Banking, Investments, Credit and Insurance. - Understands and advises clients on the purchase of registered and non-registered investment products (excluding Mutual Funds). Completes and processes all related documentation. - Calls unassigned clients during campaigns and as directed by Manager. Negotiates pricing and processes renewals within established pricing grid. - Reviews clients’ Client Experience Management (CEM) profile during each interaction, updating as appropriate and acting upon potential opportunities. Refers more complex needs to appropriate personnel as required. Uses CEM to enhance the Client Intimacy (CI) strategy - Possesses a solid understanding of the products and services offered through to BlueShore Wealth. Makes referrals where appropriate. - Holds cash box at the Parkgate branch and may provide backup for multiple roles as assigned by Manager, including Concierge. **Education and Experience** - 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry. - Demonstrated knowledge of retail lending, loans, lines of credit, etc. Solid understanding of core products and services Working towards mutual funds course Some post-secondary education preferred **Pay Transparency** Pay transparency is an important characteristic of our recruitment process and overall BlueShore culture which supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.
