- Provide leadership, motivation, training, and development of the workforce while carrying out supply chain operations
- Develop a strong relationship with our Customer
- Ensure all policies, procedures and Health and Safety regulations are followed
- Ensure accurate control of inventory up to and where possible beyond the agreed KPI damages, loss and write off levels
- Plan and manage all stock counts and audits of inventory
- Develop and maintain effective inventory process, incorporating warehouse management systems
- Produce accurate stock key performance indicators reports, analyze and recommend changes to standard operating procedures to enhance accuracy

- Evaluation of procedures to maintain cycle counting and perpetual inventory
- Develop the optimum product layout within the facility, taking into account changes in demand, promotional activity, and contractual obligations to KPIs
- Working closely with the site team to development improvements in stock control and reduce shrinkage
- Identify opportunities for technology enhancements to further streamline operations and inventory processes
- Provide leadership, motivation, training, and development of the workforce while carrying out supply chain operations

**Required Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree of equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years supply chain management experience in inventory management
- 2-4 years experience in a supervisory or management role
- Experience with managing full P&L preferred
- Ability to interact effectively at multiple levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Successful applicants must be available to work days/afternoons/nights depending on operations needs due to our 24/7 facility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $84,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
