**Your Way Auto **is seeking an **Red Seal Technician - Used Vehicle** **Reconditioning Technician** to join our growing team

**Earning Potential: $62,400 - $90,000+ Annually**

**Qualifications**:

- Must be Automotive Red Seal Certified
- Have a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
- Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems as required
- Test and adjust repaired systems to the manufacturer’s performance specifications
- Diagnose faults and confirm findings with the supervisor
- Complete reports to record problems and work performed
- Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore, it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven.
- If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason, please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.
