**The Company**
Stacked Franchising Ltd. is a growing franchising company that represents Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House’s across Canada. Currently with over 100 opened locations and aggressive growth over the next 12 months, we are looking for a Back of House Corporate Training Specialist that will direct our back of house operations.

**Back of House Trainer Position**
- _Expo - Making sure that back of house is being trained on preparing dishes_
- _Communication with franchisees on the KDS system and any questions or concerns that come up_
- _Engage in continuous training to promptly learn all new menu items and company policies, to properly train the rest of the staff._
- _Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, food safety and handling requirements, shelf life, and knowledge on first in first out storage. _
- _**Be a problem solver and a supportive team player.**_Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills and make decisions for you and your team members._
- _Prepare all documentation, checklists, health & safety posters & temperature logs that are required for new store openings_
- _Unpack & set up all equipment, shelving & orders_
- _Review back of house new hire schedules & help the Franchisee's schedule staff_
- _Making sure that everything is ready and set up before the opening launch date_
- _Use Excel to record monthly expense reports to Payroll_
- _Use Microsoft Teams for communication_
- _Join weekly training meetings to provide feedback & support to the rest of the team & solutions on improving training program_
- _Use Planner for new store opening checklists and store set ups_

**Position Success**
To be successful in the position, we require the below at a minimum
- _3 Years experience in a training or kitchen role_
- _Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment individually & as a team_
- _Ability to use Microsoft Office & the programs within it_
- This role is primarily focused on being out in stores, with mínimal time spent in an office setting. **The majority of the role involves travelling to successfully open and support new or existing locations. New store openings are a key responsibility, which requires significant travel, often for extended periods.**Travel will take place across Canada, so applicants should be prepared for this commitment.
- You must be able to travel independently to restaurants, including those not accessible by public transit, anywhere in Canada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
