**Duties**
- Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon, ensuring all tools and workstations are properly sanitized.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client preferences and offering professional advice on hair care and styling options.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending and upselling hair care products that complement the services provided.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with innovative styles.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

- Front desk experience is a plus, contributing to seamless salon operations.
