**About the Role**

**As a member of the Ethos Dental Studio Team, and reporting to the Officer Manager, the Head Dental Assistant has accountability and responsibility for the areas of providing patient care and supporting the dentist. This position will also take a lead in supervising a supplemental Dental Assistant and our Invisalign/ clear aligner programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and efficient individual with a passion for working in a boutique style organization.**

**Position Benefits**

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing for procedures and/or surgeries
- Assisting with procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions and implant surgeries.
- Making dental impressions and taking X-Rays
- Manage the sterilization and cleaning of dental equipment
- General Office administrative tasks; record keeping, scheduling appointments, inventory
- Lead the clear aligner management program
- Teaching and advising patients on proper dental care
- Assist the dentist in treatment planning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
